When I browse to the GitHub site to download I get the big red warning message in the edge browser saying the site is unsafe. Digging a little more is says that win64\svcminer.A is a file included that is causing the alert. Depends on your electricity costs and what the profitability of the side coin is your mining. Dual mining bumps up the wattage the cards uses quite a bit. Try running GPUz and just mine Eth for a few minute and note the wattage, switch over to say dual mine Eth/Decred, the wattage will increase a good amount.

Since you are dual mining MaxCoin and Ethereum, you need to specifiy one pool for Ethereum and one pool for MaxCoin.
